Stunning pair of the rare Aralia lounge chairs in a beautiful original tan leather upholstery, designed by Michel Ducaroy, France 1970s.
The iconic features of Michel Ducaroy can be found in the lightweight foam based design, similar to his other designs such as the Togo or Gilda, with beautiful lines and shapes of the seats. The comfort of these chairs is also immaculate.
The leather of this pair is also beautiful, with a light overall patina, and a nice softness which is desired in these pieces. There is one small spot on one of the chairs which has a little more patina, but no tears or damage, as can be seen on the pictures.
A true collectors piece which will be a nice edition of any interior!
